Few aspects of the Root Cause Analysis ( RCA ) of... Little BO Peep... WHO ??
Seems like the "Chief" and his mates, crew, et al been watching me AND almost all my family members since the past year - beginning April/ May, 2014.
In this context...
I have NOT forgotten the embedded message put forth by the Chief on his blog site.

This embedded message... somehow unsettled me regarding its' exact implications !!
Sensed some subtle/ underlying discomforting implications then and thence only.
Some unsettling unfounded premonition immediately dawned.
In this WHOLE context... few NOTABLE items to mull over, follow : -
NOTABLE ITEM ONE ( 1 / 6 ) :
Above actually signals that Chief & mates & crew have been continuously AND actively engaging in this malevolent act since Q1/ Q2, 2014 ! till this date.
What deed or act ? That is... WATCHING !!
Any native's... even "YOUR" private quarters 24/ 7/ 365.
( Perhaps 24 hours a day. Seven days a week. And... 365 days a year.
This "WATCHING" might include night vision capability. )
Well...
Chief and his crew/ mates can produce anything out of thin air, I guess.
Anything means ANYTHING.
AND...
it is way TOO EASY to get a court order to enforce or kick start surveillance.
Alternatively...
even easier it is to "cook a broth" and come up with a Cabinet Committee on Security ( CCS ) directive from the Central Govt. or any state Govt. to enforce this.
I guess - the MOST suitable thing anyone would do is to get a court directive.
In order to fashion a hands off position. A pre-meditated posturing, actually.
To ... legally start off a... "legally WATCHING" session.
Especially so... if you are part of the security establishment of the country.
( That might include any OR many OR all of - the IB or RAW or Mil. Intel. or the Indian Army or the para-mil. or the Indian NSA- AjDo. )
These guys will go on to claim...
See... we ALL are SIMBLY doing our work... SIMBLY following LAWS.
And... working accordingly.

Challenging, threatening and provoking for an apt explanation.
Well...
I have sort of adequate enough of "oopar ka thalla" to know when I have made or NOT made a mistake.
And, whether one really needs to give an explanation to prove one's innocence or guilt.
And... even then... leave the ball in other's court.
On my part I wanted to see and ascertain... how far these forces go ? And how ? And why ?
And... why must they ? If at all ?
And... why NOT this challenging/ threatening/ provoking for an apt explanation around March or April, 2014 ?? Why NOT ??
That time the motive was alluded to ALL TOO WELL by your kind self ( ze Chief ) and for sure by $neh Chandel !!
Point is... why does it take these people 7-9 months to start off with their hidden agenda.
Sometimes during second or the third week of Dec, 2014.
WHY ? What's the crux of the matter ?
The primary reason(s) I had stayed away... is well enumerated in my "n-state TABULASSION"
blog post. Rather than any guilt conscience... or any apprehension of having made a mistake.
Knowing that somehow... someway... some 'unpleasant surprise' may turn up to confront me.

It seems apparent that you ALL had been WATCHING my whole family members in our private quarters since March or April, 2014.
And... still shameless enough to continue to do the same.

So, ze Chief the online front for them all ? Apparently looks like so.

Actually there are TWO IMPORTANT things here -
AAA) The ones who were supposed to analyse, research, understand, react and respond to this "RANT" were either blissfully unaware OR even if they had some hunches or knowledge they would have, at best, raised the concerns with the central UPA Govt.
The UPA regime chose to be 'aptly' unresponsive. With Mme SMG at the helm-de-affairs, de-facto. Was that expected ? Possibly. Probably.
Is it possible that...
The smart and well trained people in the ACTIVE line of duty had NO CLUE to the underlying implications of the media blitzkrieg ?
And, what auto-suggestion this was going on to provide to other people in other countries, in near quarters and world-wide ?
Would be appalled if that were actually so !! I am inclined to doubt that.
Actually in such matters- only the elected Govt. ( here UPA ) had to make a call.
As to how well they handle the situation and respond.
And, there was none satisfactory enough, actually, per media reports.
I have outlined my views on this to some extent in yet another previous post.
In all likelihood, the UPA Govt ( actually RUN by Mme SMG by remote control ) chose NOT to register any reaction.
Or, is it that all were in the utter dark about it ?
The system chose to LET GO the negative aspects of the endless media RANT and clamor.
And, the underlying implications, if any.
It is well understandable that even if any credible intel issues/ concerns were raised by our intel agencies, our UPA led political leadership would NOT come upto mark to do the required needful. They will lack the will. NOTE THIS.
They/ even ALL of us ( including myself too ) have this in perpetual black and white - "for/ with us, against us" mentality/ outlook similar to what Dubya had.

If a similar situation happens to an ordinary folk and some cyber rule is flouted.
Worse still... a cyber crime is committed. Then what happens in a country like India ?
Especially when the law enforcement comes upto him/ her after one or two years after the said cyber offence is first noted and recorded by them ?
The innocent victim will have no ways and means to escape the laws. Even defend self.

BBB) Few months back, it was reported that the US President's e-mail exchanges were accessed by an external party/ hacker/ hacker group.
This was deemed as a severe security breach for the IT security establishment.
Considering that the US Prez has a multilayered/ N-layered tight security shell.
Someone or a set of people were good enough to pull it off.
CCC) Now a days almost everyone is having access to internet.
All it take is visiting one wrong web site to have your system compromised.
And, risk putting your PC/ System under someone else's ACTUAL control.
Ones' PC, laptop, notebook, etc. could be under someone else's control.
There are innumerable ways to access and breach one's computing system defenses and take over it.
DDD) Now-a-days everyone uses smartphones. The issues as in CCC) apply equally well to the smartphones as well.
Additionally, all it takes is a plain text SMS arriving at your SMS inbox.
One need NOT even open the SMS, in order to read it.
Just having received it is suffice to get the smartphone hacked.
( And, one has NO control what-so-ever in NOT receiving an SMS from anyone. )
And... somehow only this specially scripted SMS has the tenacious ability to hack the smartphone. Thereby someone is having remote control over your smart-phone.
