He is NOT being explicit enough to tell HOW THE GOVT. does it, after all.

Heard of self-powered wireless IoT ( Internet of Things ) Audio/ Video devices/ sensors the size of a mustard seed / pea seed / rice grain, etc. ? Courtesy - NANO tech.

Are we looking at the needs/ requirements/ urgencies to invest in all the self-powered IoT sensors from overseas. That all might be worth something like USD ( around ) TWO TRILLIONS ( a guesstimate ); Over 1-5-10-15-20 years' time ?

The ways and means of collecting the data can always change.

POINT I AM MAKING IS... "HOW" can always change.

The point is WHEN ? WHY ? WHO AUTHORIZES ? Is it a legal authorization ?
Or, illegal ? i.e. a set of people going WAY TOO overboard ?

If illegal, then why must there be no extreme punitive measures for those in authority, going over-board ? In WATCHING... ?

Who legally authorizes this scale of snooping ? ; is it the -

a) President of India ? ; or
b) Prime Minister of India ( MMS &/ or Modi ) ?
c) Home Minister ?
d) Information and Broadcasting minister ?
e) Joint Chief of Commands ?
f) Our Security Agencies ( say, Head of IB )?

OR,

g) An external country or leader ?

What is the decision making mechanism ?

It is time - the Govt. comes out on this.

ARE WE HAVING PLETHORA OF EUNUCHS IN OUR COUNTRY WHO WOULD ALLOW THIS ?

Also note that as Edward Snowden stated that our Govt. collects vitally requisite data for all the people all the time and puts these in a bucket.
Lest they'll need it at a future date.

And, as and when the Govt. needs some data/ info.; they would simply forage for the data in the historical storage bins. This - for any individual / group of individuals.
All the people of the nation ? Or, select few ? Well... only the Govt. decides/ knows.

1) Saw this picture card on ze Captain's ship on 16/APRIL/2014 ( Wednesday )

There's a CAT staring straight on. Mouthing words like -
"My comfort level has been compromised by your current state of nudity."

I find something amiss, BIGTIME. There are probably almost a million visitors on the ship ( Alexa ranking for any web-site tells the number of  visitors
on a daily basis or on monthly basis. Plus, some web site stats/ analytics ).

However, I DO make note of it. TABULATED.
For, I can read the Captain's mind to a little extent. He can read mine better.


2) Read the following snippet on ze Captain's ship on 03/MAY/2014 ( Saturday )

NOW...
This immediately reminded me that perhaps the self-same day or last Saturday, at my son's insistence I was forced to play the "snake and ladders" game with him using the dice. As far as I recall - even my wife had joined the game.

This - in our BEDROOM. On the bed.

Clearly - someone had visual access to the bed-room. And, ze Capatin seemed to know or watch. He and his team potentially had the same access.

Now, how... ? I had NIL idea then. Thought that, perhaps -
a) the new maid-servant passed on this info. ,
b) using some obsolete peeking ( say, using binoculars ) methods, someone had the visuals. And, passed on this info. to ze Captain and some team.

But that anyone is able to do this - was pretty DISTURBING, in effect.

Not knowing how, why - for the Govt. to take such mindless surveillance; I though being mindful of this serious matter, SLEPT over this. As, I could NOT fathom why the UPA Govt. OR even our DESHBHAKT security agencies need to WATCH ME IN MY WIFE's BEDROOM.

WATCH US ACTUALLY.

EVEN AS THEY CONTINUED WATCHING OUR WHOLE FAMILY- IN THEIR BEDROOMS, LIVING ROOMS, etc.
Within and outside of the residence.

I remained oblivious of that fact then. Being aware of it NOW.

Though this was extremely BOTHERSOME observation. Yet, I could NOT DO MUCH to investigate the whys and the hows of this ?

NOTE - THAT IS NOT MY BEDROOM. Rather, my wife's only bedroom.

WOULD LIKE EVERYONE IN THE COUNTRY TO NOTE THIS.

And, this reminded me of the "3-HOLE" theory the "most venerable" ze Captain gave ( on his blog ) regarding some upstart starlet from Bollywood, in his blog.

About, how the actress used the 3-hole offerings OR was forced to use the 3-hole part to appease/ appeal to the probable film producers/ directors. Casting couch ?

Making a grave mockery of her in public - even whilst several thousand or lakhs of people would have been aware - which actress ze Captain had in mind.

I had wondered - how he had been able to WATCH ? OR, how did he knew ?

Seems like... all the Govts. have been watching millions of homes/ work places across the country. In the name of security.

And, at times, this can be quite fanciful as well.

And, here, this time in my case this Govt. is going way TOO overboard.

This Govt. is using the live feed from the residential quarters and supplying it to perhaps millions of homes, in my case. Certainly to all the TV/ News channels.

Even to those in the film industry.

Making use of certain themes from this illicit snooping in movies like -

PK, PIKU, Bahubali, Crazy Kukkad Family, Gabbar is Back, etc. ( Perhaps many-many more. )

It is time the Govt. has to explain this to ALL the people.

This applies to all the people in all the countries.

When, I first took notice and told my wife about this snooping - she got hyper depressed.
Gained 10 kgs in less than a month and had been contemplating suicide.

She blames the home minster for this. And, the I & B minister. And, of course MODI.

...

The toughest part is telling our parents what this Govt. has exposed us all into.
And...telling the crores of our kinsmen and the whole country.

...and fighting it out.

The GOVT. will have other take for the masses. Why they are doing it. All Bull-$hit.


Of course, they would NOT like to tell HOW THEY PLAN TO USE THIS ALL FOR - A CERTAIN POLITICAL PURPOSE IN THE ELECTIONS ?
IS THIS FEASIBLE ?

One dear Srivastava friend I have known for more than three decades, tells me, while NOT in his real elements -

A) He does not FORGET things. ( some old issue / angst playing in his head here, not sure ),

B) "Some people DO GET ruined... over a period of years.
 I know that they are about to see destruction unfold... yet I choose to remain mum.

 Knowing very well what will happen in near future, still I keep mum/ quiet."

   Repeats THIS TWICE.

C) Knowing pretty well that he has many IPS officers amongst his near relatives...
 I express my concern regarding potential for mischief I could be expecting owing to my blogging. And, relate to him one such instance. He immediately brushes it off.
Telling me that, that is harmless. Adding... "I would not let anything happen to you".
  
This alarmed me. That he could control what happens or not happens to me was a cause of real deep concern. This implied something is cooking ! What ? I had no idea.


D) During casual talks ( Perhaps on 21st SEPT,2014 ) - he tells about how Baghdadi is planted by the Americans. And, once all the ISIS elements throng to his place, US will aerially bomb them all out of sky.
  
Within the next few days...
This same message I read on the ze Captain's blog. This implied to me that he had some interface ( direct or indirect though his links/ relatives, etc.) with the ze Captain.
  
   This is what I interpreted.

In retrospect, does it seem like blood ( even, distant ) is thicker than friendship, for some people ?

Whenever I see one elderly person - Mr. Dutt ( He looks like a Bengali Kayastha. Not sure. Perhaps. )

The following words auto-suggest -

a) Intel Bureau ( I.B. ). And, this clearly means they are watching me & whole family LIVE with a team full time. In the adjacent house. WHY ?

b) Income Tax Dept. ??

They been there occupying the adjacent building since 8-9 months. WATCHING TOO CLOSELY ???

All of a sudden the whole team vacated the house -  last week of April or May this year.

Our friendly neighbour Mr Srivastava paints his rooms in the same color as we have in our bedrooms. Which colors he would not be aware of anyways.

Does this imply that he had been watching, as well. With Mr. Dutta.

Few days back - I talked of bad apple and saw bad apple lying on the road, in front of his house.

He seems to be in the know - way too much.

Point is - my siblings and parents seem to be in the dark. Whilst the whole world seems to know what is going on !!

Last week of April, 2014.

Not sure what is so special about end weeks of April, 2014.

Only thing I note is - Some Bihar elections tie ups finalized then !!

Could that be the reason.

An anecdote he tells me - "Ghar me ghoos kar mara." relating to someone else.

I suspected- did he mean to imply mE.

Btw-
fact is - he means no less to me than my own brothers !!
