WHO killed the C.A.T. and WHY ?

Chanced on the news item... couple of weeks back... wherein the former DGP of Punjab- Mr Julius Ribiero... in a sort of... complaining tone laced within an accusation ( or, was it... vice versa ? ) ... stated... in one of his online articles that... the former head of CBI killed the cat !!

This... lets loose a chain of thoughts... in some certain context.

In that case, am I led to... guess that...
Mr J.R. might be brushing off Edward Snowden and some of his key revealations. Perhaps... did Mr JR expect that the all ubiquitous C.A.T. aka cat might last more !! Perhaps... going by the rather lax and... 'chalta hai' type Indian attitude/ standards.

WHEREAS, FACTUALLY SPEAKING... FROM MY PERSPECTIVE ( Anyone can ask Ed.Snowden or Jul.Assange, on this )

Not a problem, at all, in killing the C.A.T. = cat.

For... say...

IoT sensors, products, systems, sub-systems, tags, etc. might be... already on the way !! Jointly co-developed by few of those smartest SECTions of 'certain class of Indians' working in the M.I. Complexes overseas !!

Perhaps... these IoT technologies and products are refined and fine-tuned to Indian needs by now, over the last decade or so of its' co-development. Using best of the Indian brains as an active catalyst and ingredient.

The result of 'brain drain' actually !

Now... do people know that the smartest of the Nazi scientists ( in the thousands ) left Germany and got settled in the M.I. complexes of the USA. This was post WW2... btw, the prime objective of WW2 was the creation of the state of Israel, in the middle east.

And... quite some of the Indian Kings who supplied active manpower ( to fuel this WW2 war ) to the Britishers... have actually become the covert parters of the cabal... and therefore cabal's almost total control over 'black gold', the petro-currency and the underlying global economy this spawned. This thought is strong, ever again. For... nothing is given away, even manpower, for free.

Now... lots of the most cerebral Indians are deeply entrenched in the M.I. complexes of the USA, over the last 4-5 decades.

Seems like... going forward... these NRI guys along with the Indian top bureaucrats ( a pressure group that surely might actively compel the GoI for/ against anything/ everything ) might be deciding the fate of the country and the countless Indians... going forward. This might actually already be happening.

POINT IS...
An adjunct part of the the Indian Govt.... actually...
...some of those pretty smart guys... those working and tinkering with the mostly unaudited book-keepings of the near exorbitant spendings of our national security agencies might show the dire need... maybe... that we are now required to... and... NEED to import USD 5-6 TRILLIONS of these 'now-much-needed-items-and-inventories' over a period of the next... 9-12-18 years' time-frame.

Since the 'cat', sadly for them... and... unfortunately, happens to be 'near' dead !!

This is... a recurring thought that re-visits me... again and again and again... !! Is a question... that must confronts others, as well.

Interestingly...
Our defense minister, who ran to sign the LEMOA, knows way too... better.

How best to increase the head-count of this smartest 'SECTions of certain' Indians working in the USA ? Headcounts... many folds. Is another question that undoubtedly confronts one ?

Perhaps by... five to ten to... fifteen to twenty lakhs... combined together in India and the USA locations. Perhaps way too... more. Over the next few years alone.

All these privileged people might predominantly be - some specially selected people having some right connections !!

I, but, engage in some plain... actually some sensible extrapolation of the essence.

Some important questions... which MUST NOT be ignored...

Is it possible that... these swelling numbers of Indians working in ( esp. ) overseas tech, etc. industries might somehow force the GoI to abandon/ taper down/ go lax on, over a period of time, quite a lot of things, including -

- an independent foreign policy,

- an independent economic policy and... critical reforms in the entire system,

- principle of non-alignment.

...are a few questions that must confront all.


Again... do these ever increasing number of Indians working in mostly high tech industries become some sort of risk for the Indian Govt., going forward.

For... we might be forced to get into an extremely lop-sided GoI policies ?

For... any country might threaten to force them Indian guys to leave in hordes. All it takes... is simply a false flag... that uses/ wrongly implicates Indians. This, in turn, might be used to target the entire Indian community, in any such country/ place. This is a question the Indian think-tanks must be surely aware of.

In this context...
Is it that... some covert group of elitist Indian people have already chosen to (covertly) partner with the Western countries to unifiedly forge an unipolar world order ? Is a question that must confront the intelligent people around ?

In essence... does our defence preparedness gradually translates into... gradually passing (c)overtly onto the western/ American hands.

With...
some of the elitist 'partnered' Indians based overseas actually calling the REAL shots ?? And... in that case... do the Indians at home get the idea that... it is actually the American call/ want/ desire ?? !!


QUESTIONS -

1) Is it that the BJP and RSS are 100 % onboard the "pivot to Asia" strategy of the USA ?

Does the signing of LEMOA implies that ?

This question confronts. Esp. looking at the 'purported' leakage of the technical details of the Scorpene submarine deal.

Did this somehow entailed the NEED for the LEMOA memorandum aka memo ?

2) Again... are the Asian countries in a position to get into endless arms race ?

ANSWER -
I think the current Philippines President has taken a pretty pragmatic stand, understanding the long term nuances, implications and cost of getting into an endless arms race and confrontation with PRC.

Coming back... to Mr Julius Ribiero...

Now... when I looked up in Wikipedia... as to who have been heading the CBI... in the recent past... ?

The last two CBI Director's names ( not sure, if the present one ) suggests to me that both these guys are IPS officers from Bihar.
And... their last name suggests that... perhaps both of them CBI directors potentially are perhaps Kayastha, by caste !!

Mentioning here...
Since I am trying linking the almost dead (?) 'cat' alluded by Mr JR... with that/ those in the Captain's circle ( and some of his 'cats' ) !! And... then possibly try to see if this potentially, any ways... pointers to... any potential one-to-one match... those that have been running... and gunning after me !!

In the process...
Preparing the requisite ground over the last almost 2.5 - 3 years time ? Btw... ever heard of this ? Ever ?

One can plainly see how Capt has been ratcheting up gradually and building propaganda... over the past 2-3 years. No one can deny this.

Important Observation / Note, in this context...

Do any people know why the 're-new-ed'-ly elected Bihar CM ( Su-Shaashan Babu ) is so friendly with some of the Kayastha IPS officers and bureaucrats from the state ??

What is the catch ?

Did any of these hyper-'networked' Kayastha officers had... any (in)direct role in his re-election success ??

Apart from the... Kayastha 'me-wanna-be-CM-too-actor-in-the-fray" who played 100 % spoil-sport for the BJP in Bihar assembly elections ?

Seems like that the Kayasthas covertly and overtly 100 % sided with Mr Nitish Kumar, is a thought that recurs again and again.

We may not discount the timely 'help' meted out by a BJP MP ( an ex-home secretary ) to Mr Nitish Kumar, during election times, thereby diluting the BJP image during pre-polls Bihar.


QUESTIONS -

1. Is it possible that the CBI Chief- a Kayastha IPS officer from Bihar, might have started on the witch hunt against me ?

If that were the case... who told him to ? Who advised him so ? This is a question that resounds again and again.

Or... is it that he thought it wise to do so ?

Note, again -
Capt. has repeatedly stated that IPS officers ( name ending as... Srivastava = Kayastha caste ) are his close friends.


2. Now... who are those guys who have been... potentially taking the lead decisions, building the air, engaging in propaganda work, etc. - over the past 2.5 - 3.0 years' time ? Gradually ratcheting things up... basically aimed at... preparing the ground-work in the public domain, etc. with some underlying motive/ singular aim ?

Using massive propaganda machine at their disposal.

These same guys might try ensuring that they build the entire issue to such an extent... that there is NO ways of anyone implicated ( even falsely ) of getting out of it.

Apparently... these guys think that whilst guarding the country... they OWN the country.

Let the truth be said...
These guys cannot be having the largest issue to be forgotten... they are in fact my partners. They ( I mean the Capt. and mates ) asked for something ( and this is palpable )... and, they got it.

Now... they cannot use that against me.

Fact is... in which case... why NOT the laws be used against them ?

QUESTION -
Have any of their family member's privacy been compromised... in this entire process ? Must it NOT be so ?

For... supposing that the Capt ( and mates were not of the uniformed kind ) then... it is 100 % likely that by now things might have been quite different.

Again... Capt. and mates are at the center of this entire campaign.

SO... THE UNDERLYING AGENDA OF CAPT AND MATES SEEMS QUITE DIFFERENT. THESE GUYS, SEEMINGLY, ARE SAYING... IF YOU ARE NOT LOYAL TO MY CAUSE... THEN WE WILL NOT ONLY DESTROY YOU... BUT YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY.

Further... at best he gets some rules and laws changed by some SC decree to get himself ( and all his mates )  free of the 'joint' accusations/ charges ( that might have had the potential to 'destroy' his tanker/ blogging ).

But I want ALL the sensible, reasonable, erudite and highly pragmatic and intelligent beings in the country and across ALL the nations to... ( WHY NOT to ) wonder...

Was this whole campaign NOT started off/ instituted with the underlying agenda for getting some laws redesigned and re-framed ?

Again... importantly... the prime concern for undertrials problems remains un-resolved for, Capt and mates. I am not sure whom these guys use again to get the legislative and the judiciary to reframe those laws. Btw... ArKej was NOT useful to Capt. and mates.

As an aside...
If I were a stone on the throne... in one shot I might have answered and addressed this pressing issue.

I guess... quite a lots of knowledgeable people do know... as regards the likely facts, as they really are.

Basically... who is building this entire momentum... and a gradual back-ground over the past 2-3 years... and... I am way too sure that...

...this ain't a THIYYA spun web !! 100 % sure of this. Let me REPEAT this as many times as might be actually required !!

I know Bihar people better. And... their networking skills with any other of their kinsmen. Esp. in the BiMaRu states and then, of course... similar DNA people... spread across the rest of India !!


Why am I being so overt in mentioning all this... ? Just trying to connect... some dots.

I was much puzzled by the appearance of a certain (male) Mr. Sahai S. ( Sahai sur-name => Kayastha from Bihar. This person looked way too similar to the Captain ) and a (female) Ms R. Nair ( from Kerala )... who were gloatingly 'watching' me... as if having good fun. And... apparently the thought occured to me that these guys might be the REAL steward or part there-of... of the Captain's tanker/ blog. And... am I inclined to trust this hunch ?

Or, perhaps part of those who have set me up ? Are questions that confront me. And, my answer is... perhaps... maybe.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS -

This is for the COAS... Indian Army.

Few days back, read in the newspapers...

Very strange that the present COAS has filed in the SC that a former COAS tried to scuttle his career !! And... this news was in the context of... when the current COAS found that yet another very senior Army officer had found himself 'on the wrong side' of a former COAS. This former COAS, the current COAS has reasons to believe, overtly tried to... sort of... to scuttle his career, too.

Now... this happens to be an enormously grave charge !!

NOW...
Had the former COAS succeeded in his vain and futile attempt ( if the charges are true ? )... then I understand that the current COAS might NOT have been any-ways the COAS.

And... apparently true that if BJP &/or the RSS had the choice and any chance then it is 100 % likely that they might have out-of-turn-promoted someone else to be the current COAS.

And... I recall that a Kayastha ( currently BJP union minister ) from Bihar had opposed the appointment of the COAS... till the 2014 LS elections were over. Why ?

Btw- Whom he or his coterie wanted/ preferred/ had in mind to be the next COAS ?

Alternatively... what the BJP and RSS top brass had in mind ?

People... take note and... make note of this. This is rather... serious matter.

Just making a subtle but rather... an extremeley IMPORTANT point... how things run in India !!

Is this NOT strange that the Kayasthas always side with the 'suryavanshi' rajputs ?

Apparently... this reminded me ...
the caste groupings... Rajputs and Kayasthas have too well knit synergistic bondings right since the beginning of the Mughal hey days of ( the Not so great !! ) Akbar !!  Mostly so... at the expense of the other people.

Ask anyone... of those ever affected... and they might agree/ tell the tale.

Again... spread of the Mughal rule in India implies...
Is that the reason... we DO NOT see these guys much in the North East areas, southern parts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Bhutan, Sri Lanka ( Northern and eastern regions ), perhaps Bangladesh too, etc. areas - since the Mughals COULD NEVER make base there ?

Again... the Mughals / Islamic rulers were NOT able to have major influence in Bhutan, Burma, Thailand, southern Sri Lanka, etc. locales. Almost all Buddhist regions, till date.

Does this implies that the priestly class ( = brahmins ) and Sanatan Dharma were re-established in only the areas of active - Mughal/ Islamic conquest/ rule ?

Is that the reason that Sanatana Dharma was not re-established in Buddhist countries not conquered by the Mughals ?

Else... who knows rajputs might have been entrenched there, as well ?

And, that could certainly have materialised the Kayasthas as well, down the line. As part of the Mughal/ Islamic rule.

the priestly class ( i.e. the brahmins ) and the 'suryavanshi' rajputs have the perpetual tendency to scratch each other's back !! Historically... this allowed the priestly class to make quite some 'maal' and the 'suryavanshi' rajputs to clinch on to the power structure. Scratch each other's back. During the course of the Mughal rule.

Even... to this day... if there is NOT ANY mutual rivalry or clash of interests, then these guys are seen to (c)overtly gang up against any remotest potential opposition. In order to nip the same in the bud. Esp. in the political arena.

So... almost all the major parts of India is witness to... a certain set of people groups - brahmins-rajputs-kayasthas ... majorly... at the expense of 96 % + approx. of the remaining others !! in the majority of those areas that had predominantly a... Mughal + rajput ( riding on their back is... was actually always the priestly class... rooting for taking over the masses, at the villages level ) ruling alliance.

( Why I write so. I will tell. )

Importantly...
Is it that... the priestly class was able to penetrate and found new grounds, on the back of the Islamic conquests in India ? Right since the 8th-10th-12th century AD.

This might explain that... we do not see them in great parts of Sri Lanka, Burma, Bhutan, Tibet, Myanmar, Vietnam, etc. Which all nations, continue to be Buddhist nations. Since... Islam... and the Mughals never ever reached there.

Is this... way too clearly understood ?? Way... too well ??



And... does this potentially imply that MOST ## of the north, east, west Indian folks in the priestly class may be 'inducted people' ? And... of rather a later day origin. Rather than very ancient origin !! As the Captain repeatedly has claimed ?

## : Now... MOST... does not mean ALL !! Most may mean... say... something like... 90-95 % ( a guesstimate ).

THIS IS 100 % ASSURED. IS A RECURRING THOUGHT. I DON'T KNOW HOWS AND WHYS OF IT.

So... I advice ALL to go ahead with your ( long chalked out ) plan/ agenda wrt me. The sooner... the better.

They might have this in mind that... at the 'nick of time'... they will get the Govt. to change some 'old' British-time rules/ laws. Thereby... they might proclaim that they saved me ( thereby... in fact... saving themselves ?? ) !! Not true !! They and their family members... await divine retribution. It is... on the way !! And... going to come... !!

Is... all... I can say.

Btw... as I have categorically mentioned earlier... all this is... actually 100 % politically motivated.

Looking at... the way...

- couple of my kinsmen have left other parties and were inducted in BJP... is it possible that this might have led to a 'stable' BJP Govt. in the state of Jharkhand ?

- And, not to forget... some of the kinsmen have had IT raids.

- Others might be facing false police cases. etc.

VERY IMPORTANT -

Now... Kayastha IPS officers... or, civil servants or those in the armed forces ( say- BSF, Army ) reminds me, that...

Kayasthas, as a close-knit/ woven caste group ( similar to the priestly class aka brahmins ) are known for their elaborate and rather massive and intricately-woven intra-caste & inter-caste networking skills !! Inherent skills that have been honed and fine-tuned pretty well, over the last several hundred of years ( of... Islamic/ Mughal/ British rule ) !!

Kayasthas have an intricate web- spread across their kinsmen in... all sorts of Govt., etc. jobs. All through the country... and world-wide !!

Some of the Kayastha guys are known to abound in all sorts of Govt. positions in all the Govt. departments in India, as well as abroad. Mostly achieved... via the civil services exams.

Reminds me of... the Captain and his incessant rant regards... tabulassion.

Historically...
Kayasthas, gradually entrenched themselves once... the re-entrenched Mughal ruler ( the... NOT so great !! ) Akbar introduced... the mansabdari system as part of his lands PLUS revenue reforms.

The Mughal empire was re-entrenched in India... by a spate of matrimonial alliances Akbar & Sons & Grand-Sons had... with quite some of the 'local' Hindu Kings.

And... I guess that... since those times of the Mughal rule and even later... all through the British rule... and as also in independent India ( circa Aug, 1947 ) ... the Kayastha caste/ class had... and continued to have a monopoly in any & all of the Indian kingdoms's / fiefdoms'/ princely state's governance.

At almost ALL the levels... whether be it - villages, town, city, state, country, etc.

They even had their own language and script... called as Kaithi... to pen down all the official/ Govt. records.
Especially - land records and almost all the official communications.


FACT IS...
Even to this day, almost all the land records in the north Indian states of Bihar (+Jharkhand), Uttar-Pradesh (+ Uttarkhand), West Bengal, Madhya-Pradesh(+ Chattis-Garh), Delhi, etc. are in Kaithi... which no one else ( apart from the Kayasthas alone ) can read, decipher or tabulate !!

As, all these were written in the Kaithi script !! This... someone was telling. Till... the end of the British rule in 1947 and... even much much later.... this system remained in place !!

In this context-
Would NOT be surprised if a similarily- 100 % similar situation were existing in other parts of the country... i.e. say... in Andhra-Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil-Nadu as well ? and even so... in the current Bangladesh and Pakistan regions ( In which case there might be certainly... Muslim Kayasthas, still pretty much well entrenched, in all these places ) ??

All this...
Since the past FIVE centuries of... the MOST treacherous of Mughal and vilinous British misrule ...and mammoth plunder and pillage the Indian people were ever faced with.

Now...
I sometimes wonder that... was it Akbar... or... any of his heirs or off-springs ( born off the matrimonial alliances with the Hindu princesses in the Mughal harem ) might NOT had, indeed, passed on to the Kayasthas... the Kaithi script ??

Or, sometimes I think... was this script developed and perfected by Akbar's Kayastha minister Birbal and passed on to all... the fellow Kayasthas ? After all- amatya Birbal was quite a master mind, of sorts.

Or... was it that the Mughals had in-house developed the Kaithi script, from where-ever they came from, and passed on this script to their newly appointed local/ regional/ kingdom administrators.

Just... a few passing thoughts.

when I have to make out the sort of people ( ironically... all these guys happen to be co-accused, per se ) who might majorly constitute the Captain's team on his... perhaps oval table... who might have majorly decided to set me up... as a pretext... for... ( perhaps )... say...


1) some... good fun... after all these guys might NEVER be personally affected; This is what these people understand; or,

2) perhaps to teach a lesson to Indian masses regarding the finer aspects and nuances of... what might consitute good/ bad items on the internet... wrt the 'laws of the land', from the Govt.'s perspective... in the context of online postings !! or,

3) Some key people on this team or else... the majority on the team potentially intended to use me as the most apt bait... to fight out the cause of -

a) the undertrial prisoners ( I guess... they should have bowed... and asked me, and...  I might have 'brain-stormed' and... given them a clue on how to provide 'food-for-thought' to the Govt. that solves this undertrial problem issue... in one shot... all within a matter of... at most a few months !! High degree of probability of effecting this. ), or,

b) Some sections of the IT Act ,

c) To expurge and... expunge some sections of IPC or CRPC ?

Be... your own judge !!

The point is... no legal authorities ever approached me, till date. So... do I get the impression that... if the Govt. ( or any adjunct Govt Agency ) has ever filed a complaint then some day... the GoI might sit on it. This is a question that confronts.

Else... going by the extent of Capt.'s web... real lives are being lost... he certainly/ sure has certain aces up his sleeves. I am sure he has all the four aces. As... perhaps Namboodiri brahmins majorly constitute his closest mates ?

Btw...
after reading the NIA initial findings as reported in the newspaper... that seemed to suggest that Pathankot and Uri attacks had some insider elements assisting the outsider terrorists ( All... Pakistanis in Uri and at Pathankot ). Same apprehension was put forth by the NIA.

Seems like... the 'cabal' has deeply penetrated on either side. They want to see us get into endless arms race.

Not at all desirable.

Is this NOT time that the GoI looks at plausible traitors in uniform ? And, primarily addressing the 'chinks in the armor' ?

Military action, initiated by either side, might lead to endless arms race.

Allowing an excuse for the Punjabi Sunni muslims who dominate the army, ISI and the Govt. to sit on the... Han Chinese lap... so that the Punjabi Sunni muslims somehow or the other maintain their vice-like grip over the state of Pakistan. This allows them Punjabi Sunni muslims to rule over the Sindhis, Shias, Ahmedias, Pashtuns, Afridis, Balochs, Hindus, Sikhs, etc. ... almost everyone in Pakistan.

Meanwhile... this allows their avowed counter-parts in India, riding at the helm... ... to cozy up and relax norms wrt to other countries ( say - USA )... mainly to expand their reach, resources and power.

QUESTION -
Is it possible that the Punjabi Sunni muslims ruling Pakistan... are some break-away faction of the erstwhile Mughal rule that saw its' last in 1857 ( Bahadur Shah Jafar being the last Mughal ruler of undivided India ) ?

But... 90 years later ( in 1947 )... the actual Mughal descendants get to rule... over Pakistan.

Meanwhile the... Hindu guys who mostly gained during the reign of the ( not so great ) Mughals... get the remainder of India in their possession ? Over the last 60-70 years rule.

This question repeats again and again.

Hardly matters... that the nations of India and Pakistan are at war.

The truth is... if in Pakistan... if it were to occur that...

AAA) the Punjabi sunni muslim dominance were threateened or altogether finished, overnight. AND again...

BBB) In India the Brahmins, Rajputs and Kayasthas ( as a unified group. Include the Syed and Shaiks also in this grouping. I guess they have the same origin as the priestly class ) are made to cede power to the resurgent likes of others.

THEN...
There MUST be NIL iota of doubt that these same guys... viz. ... the Punjabi sunni muslims @ Pakistan and - all the Brahmins ( Includes the Syeds and Shaikhs @@ muslims as well ), certain class of Rajputs, all Kayasthas ( as a unified group ) were to lose their vice like grip over the Indian country... then these VERY set of dominant people across the border MIGHT WANT that India and Pakistan MUST unite as one.

In which case... I am NOT sure as to how the Sikhs might like this proposal. For... the Sikhs suffered heavily in 1947 and yet again to a lesser extent... in 1984.

Note : @@ : The Hurriyat is infested with the Syeds. And Kashmiri Pandits turned Muslims.

Anyone... if... you do NOT believe me...
Ok please go and ask Sriman Markandeya Katju Saheb, the ex-judge of the SC.

He is the best man. And... a Kashmiri pandit, too. And... a learned SC judge, as well.

Has anyone noted how come some of these and others as well... TABULASSIONED folks get so much high marks in the interview stage ?? !! Which potentially makes all THE ze difference ?

Lots / majority of my posts have been in reaction to invasion of my and the family's privacy. And... almost 100 %... has been... reactively so. Including this one, as well.

And... regardless of what I stand for and my personal belief systems and bondings... and what I personally have ever been. Truth is... What inherently incites one man to go after another one... on ever-so-flimsy grounds. Even if there are next to NIL grounds... then the same are actually prepared. Generally... over night.

Actually... the reality is that now-a-days'... some sleazy, slimy, of base nature, audacious sort of people cook things up in broad day-light.

Half baked, mostly & actually.

Then rolls on the never-ending role of the perception makers/ moulders/ mixers/ nixers - that too, in broad daylight !!

Make no mistake of taking me for a dalit or a downtrodden fellow to be kicked around, dishonored, in-dignified or pitied. Those who mistakenly think or believe so... I would consider them illegitimate products of illegitimate bodies and minds. Period.

But then... all the black money stashed overseas by the elitist Indians ( in cahoots with their covert overseas partners ) might become... a thing of the past. And... the same Indian (black) money stashed over-seas might be coming back to us in the form of much-awaited FDI !!

This, anyways, actually is... already happening !!

There can be NO doubt that some insider fellows were involved in BOTH the PathanKot and the Uri attacks, the country has seen in the recent past. This is obvious... and... to be gleanable... out of the newspaper reports... that suggested the initial NIA findings.

Even then... there can be no denying that for the Uri incident the miltants sneaked across, from Pakistan. Whilst for the Pathankot incident, the newspaper report suggested that the militants could have made way from... Kashmir.

In this context...
Someone must look into... why is it that... in the Uri attack on the army's base... wherein 19 Indian army soldiers were martyred... that the Bihar regiment soldiers were posted recently ? Any... new postings... in the same army base ? Importantly- was there any slip up and lapse ? In that case... who's to be accountable ?

Some hard questions to ask... rather than to follow... the jingoistic rhetoric.

let me correctly state this further... Punjabis generally go by their love and penchant for being Punjabis... and Punjabiyat. These folks take immense pride in... Punjabiyat. They must... and they... should.

And... generally Punjabis are way too wary as regards those from eastern UP, and esp. Biharis.

But... let me tell the Punjabis, Sindhis and those belonging mainly from the north Indian states... especially those Khatris and Jats who have descended from the Lunar ( Chandravanshi ) clan... like Bhatia, Talwars, ( perhaps ) Malhotra, etc. ( here I DO NOT have much idea. I am just passing on a clue. And, some these guys have to extract the wider info. out of it )... the truth is that... possibly the Lunar-origin Khatris have landed in Punjab, Sindh over the past 300-5000 years whilst my ancestors landed in Bihar. 100 %  SAME roots. Different places, languages, culture. Perhaps... different professions.

Last Sunday I was watching a mega star on a specific news channel. This mega star we ALL admire. One of the best admirable amongst us fellow Indians.

And... everyone knows that this person carries a larger than life image...  and has a huge ego. Nothing wrong in having a huge ego. He must have. For... if... I were in his place... I too would have been no different. It takes a life-time's work and dedication to command such a huge ego.


Now...
knowing that my place might be all bugged up, courtesy the Capt. And... I 'suspect' that I might be heard and seen. This could be entirely true or even false.
I guess... no self-respecting person wants his privacy to be violated. So... does anyone's passiveness in case his/ her privacy is intruded into... make him/ her less of self-respecting person ?

Never. For... we are 100 % human beings. Not zombies or dead-men-walking types.

Q : So... how does one hope to pay back... this intrusion of privacy ?

A : Let the 'time'... answer that. i.e. the answer might lie in the seeds of 'time'. Seeds planted by someone.

Nevertheless...

I impulsively decided to 'TEST'. And... uttered the 'CKD' word, interspersed with some parochial lines... hoping and wishing to see reactions. ( NIL intentions what-so-ever... to even remotely offend. For... I take it that... I am NOT seen and heard... much against my wishes. )

If anyone is offended... do I regret ? Maybe... for this mega star, I might. For I have NIL intentions of ever offending him.

But, in this context... let me state further...

When the Captain said that he... upped his ante... and 'Breaking Point' circa 1990...

Whilst I might have missed out on my keenness to build up massively on the electro-magnetics and electronics sci-tech sciences and technologies know-how / knowledge-base.

That might have potentially seen me working in some M.I. complex.

And... there might be thousands of people currently knowing thousand of times better than me on the said technologies ? And... of what is actually... going on ? Compared to me.

Yet... a few thoughts keep on coming back... again and again... so... putting those forth for those in the know ( esp. Capt.'s right thinking mates )... to make something out of it...


1) Some ( almost ) two years back... a two-seater reconnaissance air-plane took off from the Trichy airport. This small IAF recon plane was lost in the sea. Perhaps... spiraled out of control... dived into the sea... to hit bottom.

Without the pilots getting any chance to contact the ATC, Chennai. Media reports conveyed/ implied that.

In this context... the following thought visits me again and again... ( using obsolete knowledge/ understanding )

Is it possible that a highly directed and powerful electromagnetic zap ( = highly-powered beam of EM rays ) coming from a powerful but stealth aircraft/ drone or sub-marine... is able to induce currents and EM fields in the critical circuitry/ equipments/ sub-systems/ systems/ engines/ ICs... that basically has the effects of taking out the underlying (sub)systems... leading to systemic failure ?

Of course... this might entail thoroughly knowing the design of the aircraft. In order to determine the strength and nature of the EM energized pulse.


2) Chanced across this news that...

An INR 1000+ crore IAF ( perhaps ) AWACS-type plane ( some Hercules... whatever ? ) crashed near the NCR region... some two years back. Killing at least... 4 IAF officials.

This IAF plane had gone to participate in the multi-nation MH370 search and find mission... for weeks.

I found this strange that such a robust IAF plane could be simply going down, after a simple SAR mission ? Wherein such sort of planes have active lives for 2-3 decades.

In this context...
Does this imply... that there might be chances that there could be viruses that can be (remotely) injected into any of such plane's sub-systems ? Which... might have a cascading effect. Leading to... multi-systems failure. As and when... desired-to-be-triggered. Rather than allowing to happen on own. I mean... a resident/ holed up flaw that may be anytime utilized. ( Food for thought, here )

Even system critcial ICs may be easily taken out... as and when desired. Say... by sending an EM pulse that interferes with the normal IC currents. And... any such 'additively' induced current may peak out... causing a system critical IC to... actually sort of fail = 'burn out'.

Now... these are two of the circumstances... that comes to mind. Those in this line of work... might conceptualize hundreds of such similar cases.

Not sure... if the same tests may be correctly done... if we are to import the whole thing from some xyz country ? In one piece.


3) Recently an aged IAF AN-32 plane dived into the Bay of Bengal, off the coast, at Chennai. Leading to death of almost 29 armed forces personnel, who were on way to Port Blair.

Cannot sense what... but I can definitely say that something sounds way too fishy here.

These three instances come to mind... and I have already suggested that the GoI MUST have own M.I. complex. Manned by the best Indian minds ( perhaps from IIT or IISc back-ground ). In fact... some such brains should be rewarded based on their true contribution.

For...
It does NOT make sense to mindlessly import military hardwares.

Can anyone tell... France was devastated in WW2. Yet today these guys are selling Rafale planes... and are part of the Airbus consortium. That sells items worth tens of billions. Surely, the French are smart people than us.

And... all this while we have only sent/ pushed the best Indians overseas ( = brain drain ).


IMPORTANT -

Whilst it may be 100 % true that the cabal is behind the attcaks at Pathankot as well as Uri. Cabal plays either side. Fuels them. And... arms them.

Per media reports- NIA suggests that there might have been insiders helping the jihadis who actually came from Pakistan, in both these instances.

Whilst both the countries are in a 'heated' mode...

The Modi Govt. takes this moment as the best opportune moment to reward a Rs 22,000 crore defence ( Rafale related... air defence ) contracts to the junior Ambani.

And... everyone pre-occupied with Uri attack and... Pakistan sponsored terror... fails to take notice.

I 100 % object to this action by the BJP.

Earlier, we have seen during NDA-1... how the Ambanis got the KG-D6 basin allotted to them. Piece of cake... for the Ambanis.

And... if the BJP thinks that intense media-driven cries for Pakistan's blood, intense war-mongering and 'pat-on-the-back' by the Govt. will do the trick. Whilst the BJP Govt. allots this INR 22,000 crore package to the junior Ambani. Everyone might be mistaken. This INR 22,000 crores deal might be the beginning of BJP's largesse with the Ambanis.

I suggest that... this is the wrong way to go.

Though... personally everyone, including myself, takes pride and rejoices in the success of our armed forces in the 'surgical strikes'.

It is best that... better reason and judgment MUST prevail. Rather than any base war-mongering on either side. This might be good for us... best still for Pakistan. In this context... there was a very nice article that I came recently on www.sify.com that told plain outrightly... that anyone wants war with Pakistan... go fight one yourself. For... our soldiers while being martyred are leaving behind widows, orphans and old parents, to be taken care of.

We never say... Jai Fauz or the Fauzi officers. The Jawans are the basis of our Army's power and pride.

FEW QUESTIONS and THOUGHTS -

1) Over the last few days... we have seen that one of the MOST learned and high-flying ex-judges of the Supreme Court- Janab MarkAndeya Katju Saheb Ji Maharaj made a reference to Bihar and the whole of the Bihar top leaders ( this includes the Bihar CM, the Dy. CM ( Mr LPY's son ) as well; and... SuMo - the BJP Chieftain ) took the gravest exception.

Seems like... that... these Bihar leaders might be sans any real sense of humor... this is... as per Janab Katju Saheb. Further, seemingly... some Bihar people may have inferiority complex of... some sorts... is a question that may arise in anyone's fertile mind, in this context.

Frankly... this is NOT expected of the TOP Bihar leaders. And, they do NOT have to go on to explain Bihar's legacy... and... the Golden past... as some sort of a justification... to the contrary... interpretations ?


What a BULL ?

Actually, perhaps... the Bihar leaders have to set new path-breaking grounds ? And... walk the talk ?

Perhaps... they are not really upto it... is that the reason that these Bihar 'leaders' are choosing to... be gloating over Bihar's past ? Golden days ?

What about the present day Bihar ?

Are these leaders... really... AND... truly... representative of Bihar's true legacy ?

What sorts of legacy these leaders might leave behind themselves ? Is something whose answer, to some certain extent, must be sought within this post, by the readers. Which remains... one of the key objectives of this post.

Janab MarkAndeya Katju Saheb Ji Maharaj. For... his livewire brand of wit, wisdom... and humor. That he has wit is obvious from such a wise crack ( ? ) on a set of fellow Indians - Biharis.

No doubt the best of the military strategeists and think tanks of THE land left Indra-Prastha ( seems like Lord Indra was made to depart from here ) aka  Hastina-Pur ( or, Hasti-Napur ? ) and they smartly chose Patal-i-Putra ( modern day Patna. ) ( Btw... why alluding to 'Patal' and 'Putra' in the word- Patal-i-Putra ? ) as the seat of power of the great Magadhan empires. Owing to... perhaps continual threats and hordes of the marauders appearing on the NWFP and Afghan fronts, courtesy the waves and waves of them... barbarians... of yore.

This was more than 2000 years back. Those times, and even now, best brains of the land resided in Magadha. Like... ( say ) Chana-Kya.

There is a lore that Chana-Kya's father died quite early, whilst he was a kid. Fact is... Chana-Kya was very devoted to his mother. The mother/ son lived in almost abject penury. And... in his early days... when Chana-Kya wanted to get hold of some of his fav. Chanas ( grams ) to satiate his hunger... he was seen going around and asking for Chana... "Chana Kya ?" Hence...

Btw... I guess Chana-Kya was very fond of Sattu.

Would anyone believe that a Kerala Namboodiri priest will have a name like Chana-Kya ? Never.

So... do I make clear... once and for all whether... Chana-Kya was from Bihar or Kerala ?

Now... we have to really assess whether Janab Katju Saheb Ji has any real wisdom ? Knowing that... he is actually an expert on his domain... of the "sea of the laws" ( compared to the "laws of the seas" of ze Capt. )... having waded through them choppy seas/ waters through-out his professional life ? And... using the 'gyaan' and the interpretation... having meted justice to countless people out of his wisdom/ knowledge/ perception / interpretation of the laws of the land ? Over the past 35-50 years of his chequered career ?

How come... after knowing so much of Indian laws... and each and every nuances thereof... he is actually threatened by the Bihar CM and other top leaders... of being booked under sedition laws ? Sans a proper explanation or apology ?

Why ? Why so ?

Why is an explanation or apology sufficient enough for situations that might really require booking Mr Katju ( and, such similarly placed individuals ) under some cock-and-bull sedition law(s) ? Under whatever pretext ?

Seems like- there is some lacuna here ? Sure... there is.

For... there cannot and must not be... any... ifs and buts. Diverse interpretations. One has to see any/ all the underlying (c)overt - intent, motive and motivations ?

But... at the end of this all... bending before the threat of probable/ impending court cases... Katju Saheb Ji chooses to apologise. I guess... he should NEVER have done that... being a former SC judge. Thereby, he himself sets a wrong precedent. Actually... admitting that he made a mistake. By choosing to be pliable... he lost out being a role model... for the naive public, at large. He should have clearly thought out the consequences, before tweeting, being an honorable and highly knowledgeable SC ex-Judge.

This act of his actually implied... that either - 1) he actually really DID made a 'genuine' mistake in the eyes of law ? ; Else... 2) he, in all his wisdom, did not want to get involved with the Bihar 'leadership' and in fighting court cases ? Else... 3) All his life he has NOT been really too good at interpreting laws. Does this imply that this might have impacted his judgments, and meting out justice to all and sundry ? are questions... that obviously arises... and... that might still confront and... confound/ confuse anyone/ everyone.


QUESTION -
Seems like... is it that Janab Katju Saheb Ji does NOT know the Indian laws good enough, is a question that confronts all ? Else, why might he make statements that might expose him to the risk of being booked under sedition laws ?

Now... are there to be cases whence... one is booked under 'almost dead and not as per the times' laws under the whims and fancies of anyone in power ? Say... what about... were this to happen to a... Supreme Court ex-judge ? In which case, I guess that ALL the legal luminaries across the country might gang up against the legislature, and well. For... this precedent... exposes them to potential future risks of similar such 'entrapments' ?


Significantly...
Is it possible that... (Mis)use of any law(s) ( esp. draconian laws ) might be construed as having some... underlying criminal or political intent by those in governance consenting to its' application on ( say ) some particular case basis ? is a question and a serious challenge... the legislators and the legal fraternity MUST seek to resolve. Public MUST put adequate pressure for this. In which case there MUST be... severe liability and penalty for those in authority - initiating brazen misuse of laws against peaceful and innocent individuals.

Seems like... Janab MarkAndeya Katju Saheb Ji Maharaj should have used the word "Biharis" instead of "Bihar". That might have still served the purpose, rather well.

Correct ?

Seems like... he was presumably suggestive of the dismemberment of the country. So... sedition laws come into picture ?

One may wonder -
How very insensitive of an ex-justice of the SC to remotely suggest the dismemberment of India ?  ( This is in lighter vein ) Actually, he should have suggested... take along... at least 25 % / 35 % / 50 % of the Biharis along with the Kashmir package.

And... trust me... Biharis are good enough to solve all the Indian problems once inside Pakistan. That might have been a 'REAL' "diplomatic" offer. In effect- sufficient number of Biharis inside Pakistan might have meant... amalgamation of Pakistan with rest of India. So, the Pakistan problem would have become a non-issue within 6-12 years time. And... a truly lasting solution for all the Indian problems in South Asia. I am sure, those who want Kashmir so bad enough might still have agreed. Depends on the level and depth of the Pakistani wit and wisdom. Actually... Punjabi Sunni brand of wit, wisdom and foresight.

But, who am I to question and provide solution to... the likes of... the beguiling suggestions of... Janab MarkAndeya Katju Saheb Ji Maharaj ?

Not sure... if he was really serious ? Or, whether he had any bad blood with any Bihar folks ? And... why so ?

In this post... he advises... in case, one wants to have a peaceful, dignified, contented and happy existence then one MUST willfully stay away from the... "THREE COATS" .

He explained thus... the three coats as -

a) petti-coats

( petty coat ain't that petty he suggested; esp. for those seeking to walk the spiritual path in any manner ).

A veritable trap, of sorts.

Two epic examples follow -

Ravana tried to get Sita. Was eventually ensnared and entrapped. This destroyed him and his entire clan.

Su-Yodhan and Su-Shashan... tried to unravel Draupadi's sari in the court room. This eventually led them being labelled... Dur-Yodhan and Duh-Shashan... and, led to the MahaBharata war... which eliminated the entire clan of the Kauravas.


b) Black-coats

Perhaps... some of the lawyers and their penchant for getting their clients in endless court cases that destroys their clients and renders these black-coats - outwardly happy and peaceful; and... for sure- prosperous and much dignified. Whilst the same/ similar resources are sucked out of their clients, drop-by-drop. For... quite few of these guys... court proceedings are like... open-ended... wind-falls for them... that draws on for, say - 5-10-20-30-40-50 years, on occassions.

Perhaps the post might have implied the judges, as well.

Perhaps the whole trade/ traders of law - all form, format and scale.

That... one must seriously stay away from these guys. No matter how... and... no matter what ? Those... wearing black coats and robes !! if one has to stay peaceful and not embrolied in any disturbances in life.

I take this advice... rather seriously.


c) White-coats

Not sure here what coat he implied. I recall that he might have referred to the 'white coat' worn by the doctors / nurses.

One must always perennially strive to stay hale... and hearty... and healthy.

i.e. so that one MUST not be ever taken sick or ill. So that... one does NOT have to be under the guidance of a nurse or a doctor ( wearing white coats ).

This way... one is safe from the myriad of the clutches of... these 'white coats'. Always and ever.

The current JDU Chief who is the Bihar CM has ruled Bihar as CM for over 10 years, in alliance with NDA ( read, this => BJP => RSS ).

During two consecutive terms, that is - 1) 2005 to 2010 and, 2) From - 2010 to 2015 term. As the Bihar CM.

Over these same years, the revenue accruals of the Excise Dept. went almost TEN folds. From almost INR 500-600 crores/ annum levels in the fiscal 2004-2005 to almost INR 5,000-6,000 crores/ annum levels in the fiscal 2014-2015.
IRONICALLY...
During the same period of a decade long rule under Mr Nitish Kumar, Bihar saw a TEN fold increase in the number of Govt. sponsored liquor outlets. So... a jump from 600+ outlets to something like 6000 outlets !! If this is the bare truth...

Can anyone believe this ? This... Su-Shaasan thingy ?

Was that an indicator of- Mr NK's "Nischay" ( = resolve ) right after... 2005 ? For... Mr NK is known for his "Nischay" ( = resolve ) alone !

In case Mr NK had not imposed prohibition in Bihar and he were to rule for another two terms... i.e. from 2015 till 2025... then might we have seen these outlet numbers increasing to... a whopping 60,000 ?? ( from the current generous level of 6000. Actually- a ten fold increment we have actually seen between 2005-2015 ?? So... similar expectations, based on simple extrapolations.) is a simple question that might not need to elicit any sorts of answer.


EXPECTED -
Wish... the Bihar GSDP ( Gross State Domestic Product ) had grown similarily ! i.e. TEN folds. Or, is this really the case, under Mr Nitish Kumar ?

Are there any data in this regards as pertaining to Mr NK's "Nischay" ( = resolve ) on Bihar's purported GSDP ?

In which case- one must consider the GSDP metrics to be a measure of the true and real achievements of Mr Nitish Kumar over the period of his rule 2005-2015 . His "Nischay" ?

Otherwise -

Do we consider the ten/ twelve fold, overall, all-round increase in over a decade ( 2005 - 2015 ) to be symbolic of Mr Nitish Kumar's achievements ( = "Nischay" = resolve ) on all the fronts ? Achievements to boast of, in this regards, might include -

a) ALmost TEN to TWELVE fold increase in the number of liquor outlets across the state,

b) ALmost TEN to TWELVE fold increase in the NETT revenue accruals to the State Govt., from the diverse Excise collections across the state of Bihar,

c) ALmost TEN to TWELVE fold increase in the number of people accustomed to, or habituated to the consumption of liquor ( country or IMFL ) over this same period of time ? Is a question that comes naturally and logically... in light of a) and b) above ?

Is the above, the direct- product/ by-product/ middle-product/ end-product of "Su-Shaasan" ? I mean any/ all of -

a) Governance,
b) Better Governance ( compared to the last Govt. ),
c) Good Governance ( by any/ all standards ),
d) Best Governance ( top line, i.e. best in class Governance, pan India !! ); else
e) Worse / Worst Governance ( by any/ all standards ) ?

Is a question that everyone MUST... and ought to ask themselves ? As regards the JDU chief turned CM again ( his win in 2015 is... Hat trick of sorts ) brand of developmental agenda ??

Clearly he believes in walking 100 steps up the ladder ( 10 steps per year for 10 years )... and then demolishing the ladder altogether. And, leaving everyone accustomed and habituated to using the same ladder, in steps... to be in the lurch and in his vicious grips... in terms of the laws enacted by him ?

Seems like... he made some electoral 'promise' that he needed to fulfill. Else... perhaps 'true light' and 'wisdom' dawned on him after all these years of running the Govt. as also after remaining in politics for more than 30 to 40 years ??

One, but, cannot help asking this question.


One can easily comprehend the sort of leadership he is capable of providing. This Su-Shaasan thing. And... what might happen if he were to don the mantle at the centre i.e. he were to ever become the PM of the country. Seems like - by giving this livewire example to the nation... will he ever get to be even someplace near the chair of the PM's seat of this country... ? is a thought that repeats again and again to me.


My answer is a... plausible... NO !!


I think and suggest this to Mr NK - that his inherently worst political enemies posing as 'think-tank' friends have actually put him on the wrong track. By advising and goading him on this prohibition thing. Of which, he is making ALL hue and cry across ALL the other states he has been visiting. As far as blossoming of his political career at the national level goes, it might NOT help him at all. Rather, the contrary, I guess.

My bland observation, sans any and all prejudice. Just... watch out.

In case I were to achieve what he sets out to... i.e. in case I were in his chairs... I certainly might have done this in a rather trend-setting manner. Perhaps - ratcheting down the numbers of the habitual drinkers, gradually, over the years. Tightening screws on them. Increasing the revenues by raising the taxes, heavily. Rather than abruptly putting a full stop to the army of drunkards he has manifested out of thin air over the previous decade of his rule. And, now... making many of these habitual drunkards- criminals overnight; were their craving for some sneaky indulgences with liquor to be netted by any... even... small-time legal authorities.


REMEMBER -
He is comparing the crime stats ( reduction thereof ) and peacefulness in the villages/ and the overall society compared to the last two regimes.

Ironically... and funnily...
the last two regimes were Mr NK's only. So... is he comparing his current rule with his past rule ?? Setting a standard !!

Or, shall we say this better ... his current rule with the past ( probably ) misrule and draconian policies of his predecessor ( = himself ), in office ? Wherein what he actually achieved was akin to... "Daaru ka nadi bahaya" i.e. rivers of liquor flowed freely. That might have implied... Nirvana... for many a 'bewdaa-s'.

Has anyone heard anything like this ? Ever before ?

Now... after the Captain and his mates have set me up for 'watching' ( = overt surveillance ) and there is NO denying and doubt that the Central Govt. ( BJP + RSS ) are in cahoots... for very BASE political gain. Else... they DO NOT have to be be sitting idle for EIGHT/ NINE months ( till January 2015; after the Jharkhand elections are over and the Jharkhand state Govt. is formed by BJP ), without informing me, in any ways. I would NOT be surprised if... some of these of my kinsmen... who got BJP sops and swords... a few of them might still have some 'gun of sorts' = (c)over threats, directed at them.

Resultant reaction...

Last year... I had most aptly trashed PM Modi's pre-election Bihar special package. PM Modi announced this from Arrah, Bihar as if he were giving money out of his... own deep pockets. Like a MahaRaja... to... some FATICHAR beggars. The way he did this... insulted the Bihar people. And... actually really deeply offended me.

So... I compared the same 'special package' with the bullet train package for Gujarat.

Thereby... openly... trashing BJP's chances in the Bihar polls. This perhaps resulted in some ministerial berths parked with the Jharkhand CM to be passed over onto two 'surya-vanshi' fellows ( who were already heavy-weight minsiters )... at the behest of perhaps our home minister, GoI. So... one sees clearly that WHO ACTUALLY gained. And... who MIGHT BE pulling the strings. Effectively... the carrots of some ministerial berths shown to few of my kinsmen were actually... shoved aside and... passed on to few others. As...  some sort of punishment ? I guess... BJP central and state leadership might be mind-games-managing them even now, having actually thoroughly used them. This is my observation and perception of things as they are. Sounds... much like the Capt.'s and his mates's - games and... endless mind-games.

BJP will 100 % reap rich dividends for messing with mE. For... BJP's staying ALL quiet till Jan, 2015 means... 100 % complicity with Capt. and mates. Plain and simple.

Seeing that BJP is playing vile and foul...
had openly favored the then Bihar CM, Mr NK ( of JDU ) in his quest/ run-up for the 2015 state assembly polls. Intention/ Motive/ Motivation was ... an antidote to BJP claiming power... in the state of Bihar. There remains NO doubt that this might have eventually and definitely gone in to help Mr NK eventually win the Bihar polls. Importantly here... BJP's messing with me, went in his favour. This is... 100 % fact.

If Mr NK gets the idea that some PK guy helped him win Bihar, again. Whom he rewarded by making a cabinet minister.

Well... well... well... that could be  an erroneous line of thinking. Reformat that. Highly likely that whilst the likes of LPY and his clan will survive and flourish, I doubt, that Mr NK's own political future might be that secure, down the road. Forget... all about any central role... and becoming PM.

This is a thought that keeps on repeating, again and again, after watching the 'flop-flop' this year.

Seems like... Bihar people got what they actually deserved. King is a mirror of his subjects. And, vice versa.

Now... a few of the metrics for real governance could be broadly categorized as -

GOOD GOVERNANCE encompasses the best of JUSTICE and FAIR PLAY. Having the best elements that guarantees LAW and ORDER. And, overall DEVELOPMENTAL well-being, for each and every subject of the state. As also, all non-state people who are an 'ATITHI' to the state.

Now... not being very gifted with words and in the art of playing around with words and their fair play...

The moot question is... has the JDU leadership of Bihar ( this includes the current Bihar CM as well ) been able to deliver... on all the fronts ? Will it ever deliver ? Is a question they MUST ask themselves.

I am least bothered... for I am NO social or any... political animal.

In this context let me put forth a few salient points that merits some keenness of observation -

AAA) JUSTICE and FAIR PLAY. LAW and ORDER.

Since, past 1st of April, 2016... Bihar has become a dry state. Owing to imposition of prohibition. The scale and actual scope of which is aptly measured by the SC Justice Sri Markandeya Katju Saheb in one of his articles on 14th August 2016.

NOW...
Total prohibition is NO guarantee that people will NOT get the desired 'stuff' in the black or under-ground market. One villager from Bihar, I chanced across in May/ June this year was telling me -

Whilst... it is true that the drinking has come down drastically almost everywhere in Bihar. And almost a great percentage of the bottom of the barrel populace have stopped drinking. But, at the same time - if anyone has money to spend then one may get everything... and... anything... delivered at their house.

Everything and anything means precisely that. Have the right connections and MONEY. Then rest assured... of the services. Perhaps - 24 hours covert, underground services network.

Those who have the right connections with the police are making a huge amount of money. This guy further elaborated that... the country made liquor ( of... 200 ml pouch ) that costs perhaps INR 15 or INR 20 is easily available ( to those in the know ) for INR 70 or INR 80 !!

And, the 400 ml pouch of country liquor worth around INR 35 or 40 is selling for... around INR 120 !!

Further...
the Indian Made Foreign Liquor ( IMFL ) that should cost almost like INR 400 or 500 is readily available in the under-ground market for INR 1500 - INR 2000.

So... some political parties and people affiliated to these parties may be making a killing... (in)directly...  by the imposition of prohibition in the state, was something he could NOT outrightly establish or claim. But, his divulgances seemed to state 100 % less-or-so, in that direction.

By... the process of... logical deductions.

Clearly... few set of people could certainly be... "making hay while the sun shines". Now, what might be the extent of this "hay"... is something to actually... statistically figure out.

So... let's quantify... aggregate... based on the raw data supplied.

The Bihar Govt. is losing out at an yearly assured revenue of AT LEAST INR 6000 crores for 5 years. This = 6000 crores X  5 = INR 30,000 crores during the term of Mr NK as CM of Bihar !! Actually, perhaps INR 37,000 to INR 40,000 crores, in fact, over the period 2015-2020 .

AN OFF THE CUFF IDEA -
With this amount he could have built and adeqautely staffed at LEAST SIX/ EIGHT mega universities like the... Nalanda University... out of this money. During his third... and perhaps the final term as Bihar CM.

Leaving behind a REAL proud legacy behind him. That stays behind, even after 200/ 300 years !!

Do I suggest that -
He has NOT bothered to think out of the box.

But... who am I to tell ? This post is toproide a cue to him, rather than pullhis leg in any manner. After all, I have supported him.

Now... Some STATS...

Now, let us presume that post the prohibition in Bihar... almost 85 % of the habitually drinking people ( consuming especially the country liquor ) and who might majorly consitute the lower economic rungs of the society ( Esp. in the villages and towns; as also in parts of the cities ) might have at least... 85 % curtailed or almost stopped their regular drinking binge. And, the resulting money outflow from their personal coffers. But then, even this 85 % of people now drinking at best 15 % of their previous levels is tantamount to... the nett outflow from their pockets might still be 40 % to 80 % of their previous regular, legal, drinking binges !! Is something... that one may NOT actually rule out !!

Now... does this rough approximation ring a bell ?? !!

Now, 85 % of the confirmed drunkards and occasional people drinking... 15 % of the time and that too covertly... means that for the upto 99.9 % of the habitual drinkers NOT in actual public glare... there might NEVER be any visible signs of the usual drunkenness, and... the drunken brawls.... and, drunkards committing petty or serious crimes, etc. to be seen anywhere in the public domain. Good actually, this way.

NOW...
Importantly... the 12 % ( say ) of the moderately moneyed people who have a penchant for drinking either the country-made or the IMFL ( foreign liquor )... may curtail their drinking bouts by 70 % to 80 %. Yet... guesstimating that their overall expenses in this regards might be ( for the much tapered... 20 % or 30 % of the previous drinking binges ) perhaps... 150 % to 300 % of their previous monthly drinking expenses.

Finally...
The 3 % ( say ) of the remnants... those rich, uber rich and some powerful people habituated to drinking liquor. These guys get the things at their place... at the drop of the hat. For... there certainly has to be clandestine networks to effect the same. Now... those for whom money is NOT a problem... their drinking may be curtailed 50 % to 60 %, at best, or NOT at all.
These guys can easily spend almost 250 % to 500 % ( on case basis ) of what they were previously spending on the head of liquor. Understanding that getting their favourite brand requires paying up... and paying up good. These guys may NOT mind paying up perhaps - 2.5 to 4 times the MRP of the brand.


Quantifying on these lines...

Can one draw that the highly covert, underground boot-legging network throughout the state might rake in something like INR 10,000 to 15,000 to 20,000 crore per annum ?

It is likely that this estimate goes down... over the next few years; alternately... do we say that...
Does this translates to almost INR 50,000 / 75,000 / 100,000 crores to be potentially made... (  over a five year term of the incumbent Government ) by the covert networks/ groups !! Is a question that confronts ?

Does this ring a bell ?? Of the quantum of 'maal' to be possibly made... in case the law enforcing authorities were to look the other side ? ( Say ) Play... deaf, dumb/ mute and blind ... on case-by-case basis ? After all - we are dealing with human beings ?

This, perhaps, or a good part thereof passes down to those who are part of the the "underground", "covert" network that might have spawned all across the state. And... party to this is certainly... quite some political and criminal elements who have the 'right connections'.

And, this cannot easily and really transpire without the covert blessings of a certain part of the law and order machinery of the state.

And... knowing that... HOW almost all the police postings are done in the states like Bihar. HOW... the LOCAL political bosses, over-lords and under-lings decide and determine the officers that are generally posted in their locality. And... most of these guys are not "doodh ka dhula" types ( i.e. sparkling clean and dead honest types ).

Is this prohibition thingy.... tantamount to... the case of ... "Jungle mein Mangal" ?? for quite a few guys ? is a question that confronts any pragmatic person.

BTW - be your own judge.



BBB) In fact this same person was alluding that, how, there have been certain instances of a set of habitual drinkers who organise a rave party in the forest ( = junglee ) areas. i.e. - out of the village/ town... desolate areas. Perhaps... in the dead of the night.

Let there be no misconception - even the most fearless police personnel might NOT venture into such areas... even in day time. In the diverse badlands throughout the state of Bihar. Where endless feud runs high and dry. And... the life of a police-man and any other man... the common factor is... bullet.

And... funnily... this guy was telling that... one of the habitual drinkers, after attending one such party, was singing -

"Jungle mein more nacha kisi ne nahin dekha."

( Peacocks dances in forest; yet no one is there to watch/ notice. )

This was... way too amusing to learn.


CCC) Overall DEVELOPMENTAL well-being

I wish the present Bihar CM had focused on industrializing the state and tried to get a few IT companies to set up shop, with adequate tax concessions. Lot of Biharis might come back and settle back in the state. Helping in growth of the state of Bihar.

Further, I see no initiative by this Got to open national level ( that goes on to become world class ) educational ( esp. technical and high-tech ) MEGA institutions. That might entail massive investments.

This ways... lots of Bihar guys DO NOT have to go to places like Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, etc. for studies and employemnt.

It is high time that the Bihar Govt. creates a suitable environment in some pockets of the state.


DDD) LEGALITY.

Can the CM ask himself and adequately answer... under his previous TWO regimes... how... lots of people have actually taken to drinking. And, that too when it was legit. How is it that overnight they get to come on the other side of the laws, rules and regulations of the state.

Now, in this context that the offenses in these regards are non-bailable... he and his coterie MUST ask himself...

If, 1,000 - 2,500 ( a rough guesstimate ) are booked under the several provisions of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act 2016... then we are looking at a number ( of actually innocent people, who are but, habituated to drinking ), something like -

In a year's time : 1000-2500 X 12 = 12,000 to 30,000 people booked and perhaps sent to custody.

This is equivalent to -

In FIVE year's time frame : ( 12,000 to 30,000 ) X 5 = 60,000 to 300,000 people booked and perhaps sent to custody.

Perhaps, many thousands of these guys might become criminals themselves... once they get into contacts and influence with the regular jail birds.

Does this sound a reasonable bell ? Be your own judge... for... everyone needs to answer once in a while.

And... it is better to be prepared for the 'days "after"' rather than be power drunk.

Make no mistakes... I might have helped out this time, owing to BJP's skulldudgery... but going forward... I think LPY will survive whilst it might NOT be easy sail for you. My gut feeling.


EEE) Does this NOT make sense that those from the armed forces who get the liquor as rations from ( say ) Danapur military cantonment... be stopped from the drinking bouts.

Why spare them. In fact Mr NK should have started his campaign for prohibition from the Danapur military cantonment.

That might have actually made the best sense. Can he still do that ? Is he up to it ?


ADDENDA -
I might have never written this post. But for the simple reason that I chose to be on Mr NK's side so that he gets over and even with BJP. I DO NOT gain anything. And, I had NO reasons to make any enemies, unnecessarily. But, is this NOT true that BJP has shown that it is in playing mode ( and, real playing dirty ) by keeping silent till Jan, 2015 ( till... past the Jharkhand state assembly elections ) ??

Is the question everyone MUST seek an answer to. Exposes the real character of those at the helm of BJP ? And, RSS ? And, Capt's mate, as well ? And... no matter what the Capt and his mates might say... seems like he is in close association with BJP/ RSS.

If I were any remotest social, political activist or wannabe leader-types I might have entered the fray long back and utilised any and all opportunties to create new paths and break into new grounds and create ( future ) playing fields for myself. In case I desired - I might be good enough for that ? I am not sure. For... having... never done that. Never intended to ?
