All this started during the times of "Dehaati Aadmi" type count Dracula who had, of course,
an ILL-LEGAL mind/ mindset/ head.

Well...
sun fried crop of white hairs is NEVER tantamount to wisdom, grace and being sane.

This Count conjured up a team of zombies, vampires, devils, monsters, demons, etc.
Let's refer to them all as the "ELEMENTALS".

These "ELEMENTALS" along with experts on "Criminal DNA" ( who themselves were perhaps highly
infected ) and had on-board a set of masterly "Criminal psychologists" ( who were basically
unemployable ) with deficient grey matter nee below average IQ.

Throw in another set of ILL-LEGAL heads who HAD almost deficient idea and understanding of
where the HIGH-END TECH is heading/ headed world-wide.
And, where THIS, OUR country stands ... on this and related counts ???

THEY NEVER HEARD OF SOMETHING CALLED CYBER / IT SECURITY !! AND, WHAT IT MIGHT BE ALL ABOUT ???

Now...
ALL ELEMENTALS cooked up quite a sinister blood-sucking plot. Their sole target was "DEHAATI"
types. Boys, girls, etc. and others who could potentially qualify the category of -
innocents/ morons/ retards/ dimwits/ ignoramuses/ idle-hands; OR, those dwelling in small towns,
villages, etc. OR, those having deficient IQ; OR, some idle hands like.

Not to forget those guys who are essentially anti-establishment, by default.

List could be endless here. SO USE YOUR OWN IMAGINATION. BE THY OWN JUDGE !

Basically... those ALL who could potentially choose to be vocal on the high seas ( WWW,
the internet ) for any plethora of varied reasons &/ or grouses.

Now...
Here, not sure whether the vampires were responsible for enticing the count Dracula.
Or, vice-versa. Or, the demonic aides/ monsters/ devils/ zombies were the master mind.

Some mastermind type MUST NEED be there.

Perhaps, the mafiosi had sanctioned/ sponsored this project/ theme ideation.
Whilst the "dehaati aurat" remained a silent spectator, as usual.

These "ELEMENTALS" with scant regards for the masses had on board such elements who could
examine/ hunt for "Criminal DNA" in others. Whilst probably they themselves were infected
with extreme "Criminal DNA".

These "ELEMENTALS" had the inherent tendency to go overtly overboard.

And a very keen appetite to WATCH... and, WATCH... and, WATCH !!!
And, mouth all sorts of obscenities on the ship ( blog body ) and the mast ( comments section )
To entice others... ??

Quite a few of these "ELEMENTALS" had a penchant for WATCHING the orifices of human beings.
Especially... the feminine ones. On some pretext or the other.

Not sure whether this was for the targeted victims OR else held for ALL the masses.

NOTE THIS.

And, proclaiming so, on their mast and/ or the main body of the sheeping ( err, fishing ) trawler.

The problem remains that they often always choose to be bigoted and let their perception
dim as suited them.

When it boiled down to WATCHING certain human orifices !!!

They also had a set of master "Criminal psychologists"  who were basically unemployable
with deficient grey matter nee below average IQ.
They had better to be NOT kept IDLE, per the "ELEMENTALS"  think-tank.

Several such elements joined the board. They floated a ship. And, found a fisherman chief.

NOTE THIS : NOT chief fisherman. But... a fisherman chief.

One MUST know and appreciate the difference, before going any further.

( This... "fisherman chief" took the "supari" to be the face of the ship. Why ? When ? How ? Where ? <-- NO IDEA. )

NO honorable man will ever do so. Save the "fisherman chief". Which leads me to believe that the "fisherman chief"
does NOT know even one word of English. And, is possibly quite happy seeing his images show up on the MAST-HEAD of
the fishing ship ( blog ).

Now, this fisherman chief claimed to KNOW ALL ( looked like a distant sibling of J. Edgar Hoover )
and proclaimed a huge PERCEPTION and liked flexing his muscles often enough, on board.

This fisherman chief had all the data and quite some ( not ALL ) info. but some pretty deficient
perception ( per me; others may vary on this ).

This... fisherman chief, apart from his main line of work, liked to indulge in "MASTI"
( Fun and Frolic ) of three forms, formats and scale. To ensnare the victims. Viz. -

A) GAANA ( Song ) MASTI,

By means of writing pretty strong statements in the main body as well as on the MAST
( comments section ) of the fishing trawler.

And, putting all these up in the form of song, tunes, etc. in order to entice and eneamor
the victims.

B) GAAND ( Ass ) MASTI

Uncontrollable penchant for/ enjoying putting his and his troupes' feet in other's ass.

Potentially - anyone and everyone who visited his fishing ship. Or, perhaps, a select few.
Not pretty sure here.

Very few know this. I have experienced the pain, first hand. With, frayed nerves.

( For, I would be an expert in IT Security as of now; had I chosen to go my way.

TWO of my precious years lost in mere nano-style TABULASSION !!

"Gaand masti" ( perhaps a Punjabi slang ) also implies that these ELEMENTALS were
up in arms playing with the pride, honor and dignity of fellow country-men.
Mostly, the VICTIMS.

THIS includes ALL females also. Could be mine or yours or anyone's or everyone's -
sister, wife, daughter or mother. Whom-so-ever they choose and pick.

Certainly NEVER their kinsmen, near and dear ones, relatives, caste-men/ women, etc.

Or, especially those in high authority.

THIS, these "ELEMENTALS"  indulged in, in broad day-light.


C) GRAANDE ( Grand ) MASTI.

This is pretty GRAND stuff. Will revisit later...

To the perceptive ones, this MUST be obvious to one and all who ever visited this fishing ship.

For, if the fisherman chief HAD HAD the right perception he should have remembered that -
Birds and beasts of prey DO NOT unnecessarily prey or feast on their likes.

IF they do so, only IFF there is a well defined need to do so.
NOT and NEVER for FUN ( MASTI ).
( Warranted by some extreme situation that requires unusual blood letting.
Also... They DO NOT make scapegoats just to prove a point. )

Blood sucking, blood letting and drawing first bloods are irreversible processes.

For... seeds once sown MUST bear the crop/ fruit at a later date.
( Law of Karma demands this...
  Another way to state it... Almighty God and the Gurus take care of that. )


The "fisherman chief" liked to fashion himself as the ze CAPTAIN.

But, these ALL "ELEMENTALS" had one common aim. One blood-sucking agenda...

So, that whilst they rejoice in their morbid blood-sucking orgies...

Their masters who DEPUTED them, could enjoy unquestioned reign.

Vampires, though, nightly creatures do HAVE sibling rivalry with the witches.

What these "ELEMENTALS" devised was/ is actually tantamount to...

"WITCH HUNTING IN BROAD DAY LIGHT".

All of these "ELEMENTALS" are inherently nightily creatures.

For...
Darkness also means that one cannot see/ observe clearly. And, therefore,
the de facto observation/ perception could be wrong all the times OR on most occasions.

Basically, lack of LIGHT. Boils down to partial/ complete knowledge deficiency.

So... these ELEMENTALS DO ALSO pretend to throw light on... things. Exhume truth... ?
As their main line of business.

Basically act as lighthouses in the tough sea, in the middle of night. So, that some
nightly creatures flock to them...
Some fishes and fries ???

And, they had a very peculiar and weird way of getting them trapped.
And, netting them victims.

To keep their hands sans the blood of their victims, the victims were MOSTLY sent to
some distant portal/ fishing net.
And, most or all of these innocents/ morons/ retards/ dimwits victims would be caught
in the act.

Like expert "Chidimaars" ( bird catchers ) they laid out elaborate nets...
they expected to catch innocents, retards, dimwits, ignoramuses, idle hands, etc.

Basically... some sparrows, pigeons, owls, etc.

HOW ? Well... by means of indulging in MASTI with gay abandon... : -
1) singing tunes after tunes,
2) playing loud music,
3) mouthing rhetorical lines. Sometimes one liners. etc., etc.

NOW...
The all knowing GOD and the Gurus have been watching these deceitful snaring tactics
( that utilizes 100 % decoy ) and blood sucking orgies since way too long.
But they choose to allow these ELEMENTALS ( in human form ) their wild streak of a period.

For...
Unlike human beings these elementals have their golden nights during their SAADE SAATI.
- The seven and half years of Saturn's sway over them.

And, that's already passed... last year, for them ELEMENTALS !!!
Which is seen to be the best for them to flourish, courtesy the blood sucking and blood
letting mechanisms.

But... LO... the LORD sendeth a GARUDA who sitteth on their so-called net. And, these
"ELEMENTALS" have their eyes fluttering wildly. They sense the biggest catch till date.
And, been proclaiming this to the world.

Anyone, ever heard "Chidimaars" catching hold of a Garuda ??

Now...
It is curious to note that a meticulously decoyed fishing trawler is conjured by
these ELEMENTALS.

Ever heard of a fisherman chief of a fishing trawler netting a blue whale ?
Only ze ELEMENTALS would try that. And, that might mean that their net is destroyed.
And, the ( fully decoyed ) fishing trawler posing as a huge ship, potentially tanks.

Now... here ...count Dracula and vampire reminds one of a few words that have to be taken
note of : -

1) Devil,
2) Sinister,
3) Vampire.

Let us analyze these words briefly...

DEVIL-
DEVIL is, but, devilish. Being EVIL is inherently part of D-EVIL.
And, DEVIL has a VILE knack for churning forth LIEs after LIEs...

Quite a lot of people consider count Dracula as devil-incarnate.

SIN soaked RITES.


VAMPIRES-
Actually... real VAMPs with lots and lots of IRE...
Therefore, lots and lots of GALL.

ze VAMP-IRE-S, being VAMPS, are mostly of inherently feminine nature and
given to SINISTER devices and design.

Vampires revel in SIN soaked RITES.
Cloaked as HE-man types. Sometimes they don caps and uniform, as well. To be discreet.
And, to be deceitful.

There has also been the UNUSUAL case wherein the Chief of the Phising ( err, is it Fishing )
trawler acts as a fisherman by the day, BUT moonlights as a vampire by the night.
Quite, unknown to all his victims. Till they are caught unawares.

These "ELEMENTALS" have a deep rooted craftiness in playing out tunes after tunes...
notes after notes.... to get some unsuspecting fellas to join in the chorus.

Like  a "Sanpera" ( snake catcher ) who plays on his "BEEN" ( musical instrument )
way tooooo... loo....ng to daze the victims ( here, say... snakes ).

NOTE : Ever wondered why the ze Sanpera's posts were SOOO.... LOOO...NG, as usual.
Was it designed to mentally tire/ exhaust out the readers, whilst they read them,
at a stretch ?

Modus operandi being... sing the note SOOO... LOOO....NNG that someone or the other
becomes loony. A bit disoriented, so to say.

Then, comes the fun part...
At the end of all this... give some dollops of coherent, divergent or discordant notes
as input to the tired and potentially dazed minds. In the comments section ( the mast )
of the fishing ship.

Then, perhaps someone sings... or, joins in the chorus. The soon-to-perish loyalists.

And, perhaps try to match the tune with the master Sanpera ne ELEMENTAL ???

Some dimwits/ retards/ ignoramuses will be caught whilst trying to match tune...
and thereby give themselves up to VAMP-IRE-s lust and rave for BLOOD.

For... there have been laws framed by the Count to fish the ignoramuses who err, OUT.

( The smarter ones or those in the know of the ELEMENTALS' background will safely stay away. )

The ELEMENTALS dish out notes after notes... Those who dare match note or tune are
ensnared in their most devious dragnet.

Sucking up blood of hundreds or perhaps thousands of people. Quite a lots of
innocent people whose lives and families could be permanently exposed to
EXTREME mischief... ( Full exposure to KHALA. Implying a KHALNAYAK is involved. )
while they bear the brunt of devilish over-reach.

And the ELEMENTALS going way TOO over-board.

And, then slowly-slowly they will suck up the victim's blood.
Including the pride, honor and dignity of the victim and victim's family.

Now, IFF...
You landed in the master devil's/ vampire's dragnet means that your KARMA
somewhere are to be blamed. Perhaps, some past life KARMA needs balancing OUT.

ALTERNATELY,
This, also means that these ELEMENTALS have sown QUITE SOME seeds. And, they have to
reap in the harvest when the time comes. Not only them, but their families, too.

This might happen many years down the line. When the power of the ELEMENTALS has
worn/ exhausted out. The ETERNAL LAW OF KARMA warrants this.

Though the victims of the ELEMENTALS are potentially destroyed for the remnants of
their life ???

             2) IF, GOVT. SPONSORED PROJECT - THE GOVT. MUST COME OUT WITH THE FACTS, DATA, INFO.
                AND THE NEED FOR THE ABOVE-MENTIONED STATS ON THE FISHING CHIEF AND ALL HIS MATES.
                WHO AUTHORIZED THIS PROJECT ? WHY ? WHO ALL HEADS IT ?

             3) IF HE BE FROM THOSE IN UNIFORM or EX-UNIFORM, THEY MUST COME OUT WITH "FACTS AND
